Scary Books

When I was a kid, R.L. Stein was King of Spooky book among us. Since it is Halloween I thought of looking for a scary book in my small collection and realized I didn't have any. Except fro some Vampire books which of course in this era does not fall under the horror category.
So, I'm thinking of getting a good scary book, any suggestion? And don't tell me Stephen King because I might be tempted to just wait for the movie, though we know that always, book is better.
any suggestion for this?

My Pot of Gold

At the End of the Rainbow there's a pot of Gold, and I've found mine after years of hunting and waiting. I know a lot of bloggers have blogged about this, how heavenly they tasted and how they crave for more, but I just want to share the reason why I bought the ice cream and why I am blogging about this… When I was a kid, since my Dad likes English movies, I was exposed to Hollywood movies, I would cover my eyes if there’s a kissing scene or learn a few English bad words but I can not forget how they depict that ice cream is a good comfort food which I learned when I grew a little older that it was a great comfort food, but since I was a kid I would wish that I can eat ice cream the way Hollywood stars eat their ice cream in the movies.
