My Grandma passed away about 12 hours ago, and though it has been a while since I last saw her, (she live in the Us and I'm here in the Phils) I love her so much and she will be greatly missed. Who wouldn't? when we were kids she used to have a weekly session with us, activities which includes, cutting our toe nails and finger nails, and cleaning our ears. Yes it is a grooming session that we fondly awaits because it was like general cleaning for us a nd a little bonding time with her. I can still remember how we gather around her while we wait for our turn. She was our Christmas spirit every Christmas season, she gets us all excited for Christmas, she would let us be involve in any preparation needed. I can still picture her making her signatured chocolate drink from a "Tableria". There are lots of memories of my Lola, lots of lessons learned from her, but there is one story I always remember.
